Frequently Asked Questions

Before You Book

Straight answers, the way we'd give them on the phone

If yours isn't here, ask us directly — we'll answer it the same way.

Scope, quotes & materials

What kinds of jobs do you take?

Small to mid-size home maintenance: caulking and sealing, weatherstripping, drywall repair and texture matching, interior paint and touch-ups, fixture and hardware swaps, and full make-ready turnovers for rentals. If it's on your list, ask — and if it's outside our scope, we'll say so and point you to the right trade instead of improvising.

Do you give quotes before starting?

Always. Every job gets a written quote before work begins. If we find something on site that changes the scope — rot behind a trim board, a bigger patch than the photo suggested — we stop and get your approval before doing anything extra.

Do I need to supply materials?

Either way works. We can supply standard materials — caulk, patch compound, matched paint — and list them on the quote, or use what you already have. Leftover touch-up paint from your painter is the best match there is; if you've got it, we'll use it.

Booking & scheduling

How does scheduling work?

Call or send the form. We confirm the scope and quote, then book a day with an arrival window. We confirm before we head over — and if anything shifts, you hear it from us first.

What area do you serve?

Houston and the surrounding communities. We're based at 5225 Katy Fwy. If you're not sure whether your address is in range, call — it usually is.

Is my job too small to call about?

No. Small jobs are the point — a bead of caulk, a drywall patch, a door that won't latch. Batch a few together and one visit clears the whole list.

Rentals & make-readies

Do you work with landlords and property managers?

Yes — it's a core part of the business. Make-readies between tenants, punch lists, and recurring maintenance across multiple units. We schedule around move-out dates, keep one point of contact, and send updates you can forward straight to the owner.

How fast can you turn a unit around?

It depends on the unit's condition, so we won't quote a number before seeing it. What we will do is walk the unit, give you a firm scope and timeline up front, and then hit it — the whole point of a make-ready is getting the door back on the market.

Payment & guarantee

How does payment work?

You pay when the work is done and walked through — not before. Payment details are confirmed with your quote so there are no surprises at the end.

What if something isn't right after the job?

Tell us. Every job ends with a walkthrough precisely so problems surface while we're still there — but if you spot something after we've gone, call and we'll come back and make it right. Standing behind the work is part of the work.
